1. What OMNICOR is

OMNICOR is a Layer 2 blockchain network built on the OP Stack. OMNI is the native utility token used to pay gas fees for transactions and computation on the network. This website is informational; it is not an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any asset.

2. What OMNI is not

• OMNI is not a security, share, bond, or investment product. It conveys no ownership, voting, dividend, profit, or redemption rights in AI-Omnicor or any other entity.
• Holding OMNI does not create any claim against AI-Omnicor, its contributors, or the network.
• Nothing on this site constitutes financial, legal, or tax advice.

3. No guarantees

The network, token mechanics and all software are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Performance figures published on this site are deployment targets informed by devnet rehearsals; measured baselines are disclosed alongside them. Targets may change as engineering progresses.

4. Risk disclosure

Digital assets involve substantial risk, including possible total loss. Transaction fees, token supply mechanics and network parameters are enforced by immutable smart contracts — interact with them only if you understand and accept these risks.

5. Jurisdictions

Access to OMNI and the OMNICOR network may be restricted or prohibited in certain jurisdictions, including those subject to international sanctions. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the network and the token complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. We do not knowingly offer services to persons in sanctioned territories.

6. Third-party services

References to third-party platforms (exchanges, wallets, block explorers, OP Stack components) are informational. AI-Omnicor does not control and is not responsible for third-party services.

7. Intellectual property

The OMNICOR name, marks and brand assets are property of AI-Omnicor. Protocol source code published in public repositories is provided under its stated licenses.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated as the project matures. The current version is always published at this URL.
